The Walter Schneider Company was founded in 1934 at the edge of the Thuringian Forest. The dolls are still traditionally hand made in cooperation with famous artists. Today the company is the largest European manufacturer of costume dolls. Any collector would be delighted with a porcelain doll from this manufacturer.
